Terms of service

Effective October 13, 2026 · Version 2026-10-13

These terms cover the Reflex Omni website, account service and player apps. Reflex Omni is operated by Reflex Omni LLC in the United States. In these terms, “we” and “our” refer to that operator. Contact support@reflexomni.com with questions. You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to create an account or purchase account access.

Player software, with your own content

Reflex Omni organizes and plays media sources you provide. We do not sell, supply or authorize access to channels, broadcasts, films, series or provider subscriptions. A working playlist or provider login is not proof that its content is licensed. You must have the necessary rights and permission for every source you use, including permission to connect it to this player. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by your content provider, sports leagues, broadcasters or other rights holders unless expressly stated.

Your account and permitted use

Keep your email account, sign-in codes and provider credentials secure. You are responsible for use you authorize through your account and for supervising household profiles. A kids profile is a filtering convenience, not a guarantee that all unsuitable material will be excluded.

You may use the player for lawful personal viewing. You may not use it to infringe rights, redistribute or resell streams without permission, bypass access controls or digital rights management, share stolen credentials, interfere with the service, or automate abusive requests. Rights granted by applicable law, including permitted interoperability, are not restricted by this paragraph. Please report suspected misuse through our copyright and abuse contact.

Your trial and annual account plan

Each account receives one seven-day trial, starting with its first successful playlist import. Annual access covers the account and all devices signed in to it, with up to three shared playlists and five profiles per account. Signing in on a replacement or reset device does not require a new purchase while the account has paid access. Profiles share the account's plan; viewing progress and favorites are separate.

The price, currency, applicable tax and renewal terms are shown before purchase. Storefront prices may vary by country, currency or tax treatment. There is no limit on your registered devices, but your content provider may impose its own stream or connection limits. Account access is for personal household use and may not be resold or publicly shared.

Renewal and cancellation

Website checkout defaults to automatic annual renewal. You can choose a nonrenewing one-year pass before paying instead. A one-year pass ends on the stated date without a further automatic charge. A recurring plan renews annually at the disclosed price until you cancel. App-store subscriptions follow the renewal terms shown in the store's checkout; a non-renewing option may not be available in every store.

Manage renewal from Account plan in the app. Recurring Stripe payments use Stripe's billing portal; store purchases are managed through the purchasing store. Cancelling automatic renewal keeps access through the paid period. Signing out or uninstalling does not cancel a subscription. Before deleting your account, turn off store-managed renewal to prevent further charges. We cancel future Stripe renewals when you delete your account.

Price changes apply prospectively. A change does not reduce time already purchased. Recurring price changes follow the billing provider's notice and consent rules where applicable. Any previously purchased lifetime license keeps the rights granted at purchase; new lifetime licenses are no longer offered.

Payments and refunds

Payments are processed by Stripe or the app store shown at checkout. You can request a full refund for a website purchase or renewal within seven calendar days under our refund policy. Store purchases follow that store's refund process and applicable law. A full refund removes the access provided by that payment; a payment dispute may suspend that access during its resolution. Neither action starts another trial. Consumer rights under applicable law remain intact.

Paid access includes player software and account features, not channels, films, sports rights or provider subscriptions. Original demo samples may be included. Future separately sold products are not included. Online features depend on continued service operation; we will give reasonable notice of a planned permanent shutdown and honor remedies required by law.

Compatibility, availability and your data

Use the trial to check your device, network and authorized provider before buying. Playback, captions, program schedules, sports status and discovery depend on third-party data and availability and may be incomplete or wrong. We may maintain, update or change features to keep the service working and secure; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.

Our privacy notice explains data handling. We encrypt stored provider credentials, but cannot encrypt a provider's HTTP-only connection. Such a connection can expose credentials and traffic in transit. Keep your own provider and purchase records; the player is not your only backup. No online service can promise absolute security or data recovery.

Protecting the service and other people

We may restrict a source or account when reasonably necessary to address fraud, security threats, infringement, serious breaches of these terms or a legal requirement. Where appropriate, we will explain the reason and offer a way to request review. We may act immediately when notice would create a security risk or is legally prohibited. We terminate repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Contact support if you believe an action is a mistake.

Warranties and limits of liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement. This does not exclude an express promise we make or any warranty that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses, including lost profits, resulting from use of the service. Our total liability arising from the service is limited to the greater of $100 USD or the amount you paid us during the twelve months before the event giving rise to the claim. These limits do not apply to fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, amounts owed under our refund policy, or any liability or consumer remedy that the law does not allow us to limit.

Changes and resolving questions

We will publish dated versions of these terms and give reasonable notice of material changes. Changes apply prospectively and do not remove accrued rights or retroactively change a completed purchase. Where required, we will request renewed acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

Please contact support so we can try to resolve a concern. Nothing here prevents you from contacting a regulator or exercising rights in a court available to you under applicable law. Mandatory consumer protections take priority over any conflicting provision of these terms.
