Copyright and abuse

Reflex Omni is software for personal, authorized media sources. We do not provide channel packages, sell provider subscriptions or authorize access to copyrighted content. Users must have permission to use every source they add.

Report a concern

Email support@reflexomni.com with the subject “Copyright report,” or use the support form and choose Copyright or abuse. Identify the work, the specific material or activity, where it appears in Reflex Omni, your contact details, and your authority to report it. For a copyright notice, include your signature, a statement of your good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized, and a statement that the information is accurate and that, under penalty of perjury, you are authorized to act for the rights holder.

Do not send passwords, sign-in codes or private playlist credentials. If a location contains credentials, redact them and describe the source and item. We can arrange a suitable follow-up if more information is needed.

How we respond

We review reports promptly, may request clarification, and may restrict access through our service when appropriate. We may notify the affected user and share relevant report information where needed to handle the claim. If you believe a restriction is mistaken, reply with the reference and your explanation. We terminate accounts of repeat infringers in appropriate circumstances. Reports are reviewed; a report alone does not automatically establish infringement.

For other misuse or security concerns, use the same support contact and avoid including exploitable details in a public message.
